• What You'll Do
• Sell vehicles in a fast-paced Buy Here Pay Here environment
• Guide customers through the full sales process from greeting to delivery
• Walk customers through our in-house financing program
• Build strong customer relationships while closing deals efficiently
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Maintain accurate deal and customer documentation
• Deliver an exceptional, customer-focused sales experience
• What You'll Bring
• Prior auto sales experience (BHPH preferred)
• Strong closing, communication, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to perform in a high-volume sales environment
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Requirements
• Valid Texas Driver's License with insurable record
• Ability to work Saturdays and peak sales periods
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
