In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building. Your energetic approach will help identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including cold calls, emails, and networking events Qualify inbound leads by assessing client needs and aligning solutions effectively Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and increase customer engagement Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that attract potential clients Manage customer relationships using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions and sales pipeline status Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining positive relationships with prospects and clients Coordinate with internal teams on project management initiatives to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery Experience Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role with a focus on strategic planning and negotiation Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms, for managing customer data and sales activities Strong understanding of marketing principles and how they integrate into business growth strategies Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is a plus Prior experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team that values innovation, strategic thinking, and proactive growth!
