Our dealership currently generates over 2,000 inbound leads monthly. The challenge isn't finding customers. The challenge is finding enough talented professionals to keep up with demand.

LIMITED SALES FLOOR
Most dealerships hire endlessly. We don't. We intentionally operate with a lean, high-performance sales floor capped at only 7-8 sales professionals total. Currently, we have 5 sales professionals handling over 2,000 monthly leads. We're looking to add only 2-3 exceptional individuals to complete our team.
That means:
More leads per salesperson More appointments More opportunities More deliveries Higher earning potential We are not building a large sales force. We're building an elite one. Once these positions are filled, hiring stops.

NEW TO THE INDUSTRY?
We may hire ONE highly motivated individual with little or no automotive experience.
However:
You will begin as a Sales Assistant for approximately 2-4 weeks while learning: CRM management Lead handling Appointment setting Vehicle presentation Follow-up process Our sales framework This role is for someone hungry, coachable, and willing to earn their place on the sales floor.
