is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our client base and generate new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in B2B sales, technology, sustainability, and business development. You'll work directly with experienced sales leadership, learn how enterprise organizations manage technology lifecycle services, and build foundational skills in outbound sales and relationship development. If you're coachable, organized, competitive, and motivated to start a career in sales, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Prospect and engage potential customers through phone, email, , and outbound outreach Follow up with inbound leads, past customers, and dormant accounts Research companies and identify decision-makers across IT, operations, procurement, and facilities teams Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs, timelines, and current processes Schedule meetings and sales conversations for senior team members Maintain accurate activity and follow-up records in the CRM Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach campaigns and account targeting Learn consultative sales, pipeline development, and B2B relationship management What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with business professionals by phone and email Organized, dependable, and able to manage follow-up consistently Motivated to learn sales, business development, and technology services Coachable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Bachelor's degree completed or in progress preferred Bonus Points For Internship, customer service, retail, recruiting, fundraising, hospitality, or sales experience Experience with , CRM systems, spreadsheets, or sales tools Interest in technology, sustainability, electronics, or B2B services Why Join
