Service Business Development Center Representative

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Service Business Development Center Representative, where you will be the vital link between our automotive service department and our valued customers. In this energetic role, you'll proactively engage with customers to schedule appointments, promote service offerings, and ensure a seamless experience that keeps vehicles running smoothly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine customer service excellence with automotive industry insights, all while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing exceptional service from the moment they contact us. Schedule vehicle service appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal workflow for technicians. Promote additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission repairs to maximize dealership revenue. Collaborate closely with service technicians and parts staff to coordinate vehicle repairs and ensure timely completion of work. Experience Previous dealership experience or auto service management background is highly preferred. Some knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures. Experience working with mechanic teams or in automotive repair environments is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective sales techniques in a fast-paced setting. Pay:

$2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
