Job Description

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated 3PL Freight Broker. This position is a full-cycle freight sales. You prospect, price, negotiate, close, and retain — start to finish. This is a permanent, in-office position in Allen, TX for someone who knows the business and is ready to build their book. Face-to-face collaboration is part of how we work, and part of why our team performs. What you bring to the table: 2-3 years minimum of experience in a 3PL brokerage A proven track record of closing and growing a customer book Strong knowledge of freight pricing, market dynamics, and multi-mode logistics Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with carriers and clients to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality service standards Manage the entire freight booking process from lead generation through final delivery Confident communicator — phone, email, and in person Hunter mentality, thick skin, and zero need to be micromanaged A problem-solver who executes with outside of the box thinking What we offer: Base salary + uncapped monthly commission Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 401(k) with company matching
