You will actively build relationships within your community, identify client needs, present customized insurance solutions, and help clients make informed decisions about protecting their assets and loved ones. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and prospecting Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective clients Present customized insurance solutions including auto, home, life, renters, and business insurance products Educate clients on coverage options and policy benefits Prepare quotes and proposals Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients Close new business and achieve sales goals Maintain accurate records and client information within company systems Deliver exceptional customer service and long-term relationship management Compensation Earning Potential Uncapped commission earnings Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses Incentive contests and recognition programs Residual and renewal income opportunities (where applicable) Performance-based advancement opportunities Top performers have the opportunity to build substantial long-term income while developing a rewarding career within the insurance industry.
