We're a new, founder-led home-services company in the DFW metro specializing in premium epoxy garage floor coatings and garage cleanout/haul-away . We're looking for our first salesperson — the person who gets in on the ground floor and grows into a leadership seat as we scale. Why this beats the roofing grind right now No insurance middleman. The homeowner pays directly. No claims, no adjusters, no ACV-vs-RCV battles, no waiting weeks for approval to get paid. Faster sales cycle. What you'll do Run door-to-door canvassing in targeted residential neighborhoods (this is how the role starts — strong self-generated activity is the engine early on) Conduct in-garage consultations, measure jobs, and build accurate quotes Close deals on the spot whenever possible Follow up on warm leads and referrals Represent the brand professionally as the face of the company in the field What we're looking for A proven closer — ideally with roofing, home-improvement, or other in-home/outside sales experience Comfortable and confident with door-to-door and self-generated prospecting Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to build something instead of just filling a seat Strong communication and the ability to explain why quality prep matters (we'll train you on the technical side) Reliable transportation and a clean, professional presence A builder's mindset — you want a long-term home, not the next storm Compensation & growth This is a 1099, commission-only role. There is no base salary, no hourly pay, and no draw — your commission is your income, and you control how much you make.
