Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Sales Representative for a growing client in the aftermarket automotive industry. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, customer-focused, and looking for fast career growth into leadership. The position starts in a sales-focused capacity, with the opportunity to grow into operations and eventually a General Manager role. This is a high-growth environment with strong performance expectations, structured processes, and significant upside for top performers. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and follow up with customers using a CRM system
- Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend products (wheels, tires, suspension, etc.)
- Drive sales through strong communication and relationship building
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and activity
- Learn product offerings and sales process quickly during initial ramp period
- Meet or exceed performance expectations tied to sales and KPIs

- College degree
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Organized and able to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment
- Ability to learn quickly and ramp into a fast-paced role
- Prior commission-based sales experience
- Automotive or dealership sales background
- Spanish-speaking College degree
