What You'll Do Sell pre-owned and consigned RVs and boats in a high-traffic dealership environment Guide customers through the full purchase process — from initial inquiry to delivery Respond quickly to internet, phone, and walk-in leads Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools Prospect for new business and generate referrals Present financing options and work closely with the finance team Maintain strong product knowledge across travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and boats Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in commission sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar preferred) Strong closing skills and follow-up discipline Comfortable working in a 100% commission structure $300/week draw option available Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Professional communication skills (in-person, phone, and online) CRM experience preferred Valid driver's license What We Provide Competitive, uncapped commission structure Dealership-provided leads plus tools to build your own book of business Hands-on sales training and mentorship Marketing and advertising support Stable full-time schedule (8-hour days, 5 days per week) High-demand inventory in both RV and marine markets Why Aransas Pass?
