In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between our hospice services and the community, fostering relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential referral sources. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and ensure that patients receive the highest quality end-of-life care with dignity and respect. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine sales expertise with heartfelt service, making a positive impact on families during their most vulnerable moments. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and cultivate new referral sources within hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and community organizations. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and community stakeholders to showcase hospice services. Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive account management, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and collaboration with referral partners. Negotiate agreements and partnerships that align with organizational goals while addressing the needs of patients and providers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering educational resources, and supporting clients throughout the referral process. Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and service expansion. Lead outreach initiatives such as health fairs, community seminars, and educational workshops to raise awareness about hospice care options. Experience Proven success in B2B sales or outside sales roles within medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare services. Strong negotiation skills combined with effective account management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences clearly and persuasively. Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, schedule outreach activities, and track progress efficiently. Experience working with healthcare providers or in medical sales environments is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports; analysis skills for market research are a plus. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster collaborative relationships across departments.
