About the role The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving Fivecast's market share to new business entities and channels. The SDR is a self-starter helping to lead sales growth through pipeline generation across all our channels, primarily through Inbound lead follow up, event amplification and supporting proactive outbound calling campaigns. The SDR will be aligned to Account Executives (AE) working with a team of two, with the SDR responsible for the team's pipeline generation strategy allowing the AE to focus their time on progressing opportunities through the Sales Cycle. The role reports to our Global Director of Inside Sales. The SDR will develop strong knowledge of Fivecast products, utilising this knowledge as well as consumer research to be able to explain how our solutions meet customer needs Responsibilities Prospecting, lead generation, business development and scheduling discovery calls and demonstrations for the sales team. Harness AI to discovering new leads leveraging internet research, intent data and social media. Utilize our industry leading tech stack to increase conversion rates as every stage of the process Making daily outbound phone calls each day Quickly respond to Inbound leads delivering a multi-touch follow up cadence to drive discovery calls Making a collaborative effort with regional sales to win new opportunities and grow the business. Tracking and managing prospects through our CRM System (HubSpot) Meeting and exceeding monthly quota. Participate in team meetings, networking, tradeshow events, and activities to grow the business Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts in assigned territory Responsible for your own territory providing insights on all business development activities Partner with our Marketing team to develop and execute winning campaigns Required Skills and Experience US Citizen Arlington / Washington DC based Bachelor Degree 1-2 years' experience in a SaaS Business Development / SDR role Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and articulate complex solutions Confident handling objections and navigating early-stage sales conversations Proactive, resilient mindset with a strong drive to generate new opportunities Highly organised, able to manage a territory and adapt to shifting priorities Experience in prospecting, networking, and using demand generation tools (e.g. HubSpot, social selling) Collaborative and self-sufficient, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team success
