We pride ourselves on our integrity and commitment to customer service and have the reviews to prove it! Our foundation sales division is growing, and we need talent! We provide the leads and schedule the appointments for you. This job is for individuals who have a passion for sales, ambition to learn technical requirements, and the desire to work in an industry that offers fantastic earning potential. Top salespeople can earn $100K+/year with uncapped commission Prior sales experience is not required; however, we are looking for the best candidate based on personality, behavioral traits, and cultural fit with our team. A positive attitude and alignment of core values is essential. We offer comprehensive training and sales support to ensure each associate has the tools to be successful.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Professional appearance and demeanor Influential and charismatic communicator Reliability and time management skills Ability to learn our bidding softests Must be comfortable crawling under pier & beam houses and being in tight spaces Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license Must be comfortable driving throughout the DFW and surrounding areas Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Base training salary + commission + vehicle allowance
