HOTWORX is looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated Fitness Sales Associates to join our team. This is more than a front desk position. We are seeking team members who are passionate about people, enjoy sales, thrive in a fast paced environment, and want to grow with a rapidly expanding fitness brand. What You Will Do As a Fitness Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional member experience while helping grow the studio through membership sales and community engagement.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Creating a fun, welcoming, and energetic studio environment Conducting studio tours and introducing guests to the HOTWORX experience Recommending memberships and helping prospects choose the best option for their goals Asking for and confidently closing membership sales Following up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email communication Building relationships with new and existing members Upselling memberships, retail products, supplements, and studio promotions Assisting with member onboarding and retention efforts Completing daily administrative and operational tasks Maintaining studio cleanliness and organization Supporting marketing and community outreach initiatives Working collaboratively with team members to achieve studio goals What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and people focused Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers Self motivated and able to work independently Organized with strong time management skills Professional, dependable, and trustworthy Goal oriented and motivated by achievement Coachable and eager to learn Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness Able to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience Sales experience, retail experience, or hospitality experience Fitness industry experience is a plus but not required High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Sales commissions and bonus opportunities Flexible scheduling Complimentary HOTWORX membership Professional development and ongoing training Opportunity for advancement within a growing brand Positive, supportive, and energetic team culture Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the studio during scheduled shifts Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally Ability to perform light cleaning and organizational tasks Why HOTWORX?
