We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help grow referral partnerships and expand community outreach efforts. Position Overview The ideal candidate is outgoing, driven, and comfortable building relationships within the healthcare and behavioral health community. This role will focus on developing referral sources, maintaining professional partnerships, and helping increase awareness of AFFIRM's services throughout the Austin area.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners Conduct outreach to healthcare providers, treatment centers, hospitals, and community organizations Represent AFFIRM at networking events and community meetings Help grow admissions through strategic partnership development Track outreach efforts and referral activity Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and marketing efforts Maintain a professional and positive presence in the community

Qualifications:

Experience in business development, outreach, admissions, or healthcare marketing preferred Behavioral health or substance use industry experience strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organized and goal-oriented mindset Why Join AFFIRM?
