Job DescriptionMueller, now part of the Cornerstone Building Brands family, is committed to delivering quality and innovative metal building solutions while continuing to serve the communities where we live, work, and play.

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully onsite role supporting branch operations, customer service, and the sales team in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers entering and leaving the branchProcess customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and proceduresHandle cashiering duties, including receipts, refunds, pick lists, and nightly depositsSupport the sales team with administrative and coordination tasksAnswer incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiriesProvide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experienceMaintain showroom organization, inventory, and checkout area cleanlinessUtilize company systems and basic computer applications, including ERP/POS systems and Microsoft OfficeAssist with coding and general office support tasksPerform additional projects and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsPrevious customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working with computers, email systems, and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an assetStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic mathematical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a moderately fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the companyDependable and seeking a long-term opportunityWork Environment Fully onsite positionMonday-Friday schedule, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PMNo travel requiredAbility to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and move throughout the branch as neededMust be able to maintain a safe and alert working environmentOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned at the company's discretion.
