Job Overview Experienced Sales Representative Resolute Environmental & Response Services LLC Baytown / Houston, TX Area Resolute Environmental & Response Services LLC is an established, independently owned environmental and industrial services company providing emergency response, waste management, industrial cleaning, marine support, product sales, and field service solutions throughout the Gulf Coast. We are seeking an Experienced Sales Representative who understands that successful sales in this industry requires consistent follow-up, relationship building, jobsite awareness, and personal accountability. This position is best suited for someone who already knows how to manage accounts, identify opportunities, communicate with operations, and stay actively involved with customers before, during, and after work is performed. This is not an entry-level sales role. Position Overview The Experienced Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, identifying service opportunities, and helping grow Resolute's presence in the industrial, marine, environmental, and emergency response markets. The right candidate will be proactive, organized, professionally persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-moving service environment where communication and urgency matter. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, marine, municipal, commercial, and environmental customers. Identify new service opportunities through cold calls, customer visits, networking, referrals, and account follow-up. Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts and prospects. Communicate service opportunities clearly to project managers, operations, and leadership. Follow up on quotes, open opportunities, recent jobs, and customer needs. Track sales activity, customer notes, opportunities, and follow-up items in the company CRM ( Hubspot ). Attend sales meetings and provide accurate updates on customer activity, opportunities, and account status. Stay informed on active customer jobs, emergency response activity, and ongoing service needs. Represent the company professionally at customer sites, meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Work with operations to support customer expectations and service delivery. Maintain a strong understanding of company services, pricing expectations, customer needs, and market opportunities. Services You Will Sell Resolute provides a broad range of industrial and environmental services, including: 24-Hour Emergency Response Industrial Cleaning Waste Management Vacuum Truck Services Tank Cleaning Marine and Shipyard Support Spill Response Equipment Rentals Product Sales Environmental Field Services Turnaround and Facility Support Services Required Qualifications Prior sales experience required. Experience in industrial services, environmental services, waste management, emergency response, marine, construction, oil and gas, or related field strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage customer relationships and follow through on sales opportunities. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently without constant direction. Comfortable making outbound calls, visiting customers, and developing new business. Ability to use a CRM or willingness to consistently document sales activity. Professional appearance and customer-facing communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships in the industrial, refinery, petrochemical, marine, municipal, or environmental service market. Knowledge of MSAs, site requirements, safety requirements, and contractor approval processes. Experience selling service-based work rather than products only. Understanding of emergency response, waste, industrial cleaning, or field service operations. Ability to read customer needs and identify additional service opportunities. Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and may include: Base salary Commission opportunity Fuel allowance or vehicle allowance, if applicable Company-supported sales tools Growth opportunity within an established company Final compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process. Schedule This is a full-time position. Standard business hours apply; however, this industry requires flexibility, urgency, and responsiveness when customer needs arise. Pay:
$74,151.89 - $89,301.20 per year
