Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the industrial sector by developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. Your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and technical product knowledge will drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within the industrial sector Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, technical product demos, and tailored solutions Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales potential across assigned regions Conduct detailed market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Present product demonstrations and technical solutions effectively to clients, emphasizing value propositions and upselling opportunities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate sales reports Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account management responsibilities Excellent negotiation and communication skills to close deals effectively and maintain long-term client relationships Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or other CRM software for lead tracking and customer management Ability to conduct product demos, technical presentations, and analysis of client needs Demonstrated success in cold calling, inside sales, and direct sales strategies Knowledge of marketing principles related to business development and customer engagement Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities Join us as an Industrial Sales Representative where your proactive approach and technical expertise will help shape our growth trajectory. Pay:
$35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
