You will guide clients through the process of submitting an inquiry online, and setting an appointment for their visit. From there, you will demonstrate the vehicles and assist the customers in their vehicle purchase experience ; it's about providing a "Professional Grade" experience through expert product knowledge, transparent communication, and long-term relationship building. We have the most aggressive pay plan for sales advisors in our area! Responsibilities Contact customers warmly and assist them in finding vehicles that meet their needs Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits to customers
Product Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of GM's latest technology, including Super Cruise™ hands-free driving, Ultium EV platforms (for Hummer EV Sierra EV), and trailering tech.
The Test Drive Experience:
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations that highlight performance, safety features, and luxury amenities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Delivery Excellence:
Ensure the vehicle is pristine at delivery and spend time educating the buyer on OnStar® setup and infotainment syncing. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Requirements 1+ Years Sales Experience is
Preferred Communication:
Ability to explain complex financing, leasing, and technical features in a clear, relatable way.
Drive:
A self-motivated "hunter" mentality for new leads combined with a "farmer" mentality for nurturing repeat business.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM software, tablets for walk-arounds, and digital appraisal tools.
Background:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but we will train candidates with high-end retail or hospitality backgrounds.
Licensing:
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Self Motivated Mindset:
It's important to remember that we earn our commission, and the more you put in, the more you get out!
Pay:
$4,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
