Job Description The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities for our loan and lease origination software, servicing solutions, and repossession-as-a-service offering. This position blends consultative selling with strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of the lending industry to help financial institutions streamline operations, reduce risk, and enhance overall efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role is enthusiastic, personable, and reliable, with a natural ability to build rapport and communicate value clearly. As an ambassador for our industry-leading servicing functionality, the Inside Sales Representative will present software tools that empower lenders to deliver exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of their loan and lease accounts. In this role, you will engage potential customers through proactive outreach, articulate the advantages of our software and services, and conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to fully understand their needs. You will guide prospects through the sales process, demonstrate the strength of our support model, highlight the robust account management capabilities through our software, and emphasize our competitive pricing. This is a direct sales position that includes a mix of onsite work and travel to customer locations as needed. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business leads within financial services markets for lending, leasing, and repossession products
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs related to loan/lease origination, servicing, collections, and asset recovery
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that showcase the value of our software and repossession solutions
  • Manage a full inside sales cycle—from initial outreach through negotiation and close
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM and provide regular sales forecasting updates
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead follow-up, campaigns, and targeted outreach strategies
  • Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on client needs
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, lending workflows, repossession practices, and competitive offerings
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally selling SaaS, fintech, lending technology, or B2B software
  • Understanding of lending workflows such as loan/lease origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections
  • Experience or familiarity with repossession, asset recovery, or risk management solutions
  • Proven success managing a sales pipeline and closing new business in a consultative selling environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable learning and explaining complex software solutions
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual communication platforms
  • Equivalent experience or a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Must be independent, problem-solving, and self-directing with strong documentation skills
  • Must be an effective communicator, relatable with customers and display impeccable follow-through
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
