Job Description Position Overview:
Brace A-Cross is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative with experience in residential remodeling. This role is ideal for a driven closer who thrives on meeting homeowners, building trust, and selling high-quality remodeling solutions. You will be responsible for generating new business, conducting in-home consultations, preparing estimates, and closing profitable projects. This position offers a base salary plus performance-based compensation, providing both stability and strong earning potential tied directly to job profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation Generate and manage your own sales pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound activity, and company-provided leads Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs, project scope, and budget Present remodeling solutions clearly and professionally to homeowners Prepare, deliver, and follow up on detailed estimates and proposals Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact during the sales process Build trust through clear communication, professionalism, and industry knowledge Guide clients through design options, material selections, and scope clarification Manage and document change requests prior to job start Collaboration with Operations Work closely with Project Managers and estimating teams to ensure accurate scopes Hand off approved projects with complete documentation so operations can schedule and execute efficiently Performance & Reporting Maintain accurate sales records, KPIs, and follow-up notes Track close rates, pipeline activity, revenue performance, and customer satisfaction Attend daily and weekly sales meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
2+ years of proven sales success in residential remodeling, home improvement, or related trades Strong understanding of construction terminology, scopes, and estimating Excellent communication and in-home presentation skills Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined in follow-up Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license English required; Spanish is a strong plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk, stand, and move around job sites for extended periods Climb stairs or ladders to inspect work on multi-level homes Occasionally lift and carry materials or equipment (typically up to 25-50 lbs) Ability to drive for extended periods Commitment to
