Full-time | In-office About the Role Our client, Underwood Plumbing & Septic, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Booker to be the first point of contact for customers calling into the business. This is a fast-paced, high-volume phone role where your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and provide excellent customer service will directly impact the customer experience. You don't need plumbing or septic experience—we'll teach you the industry. What matters most is being friendly, detail-oriented, and confident handling multiple calls while accurately booking appointments and directing customers to the right team. What You'll Do Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Schedule plumbing and septic service appointments with accuracy Take detailed notes so technicians and office staff have the information they need Route calls to the appropriate department based on the customer's needs Confirm appointment details, addresses, and customer information Maintain accurate customer records within the scheduling system Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction What We're Looking For Excellent communication and active listening skills Strong attention to detail and accurate note-taking ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly Reliable, organized, and dependable Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, reception, or inside sales experience is a plus Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required Important Notes This is a full-time, in-office position in Bonham, TX No plumbing or septic experience is required—we provide training Roughly half of the role involves booking appointments, with the remainder focused on routing customer calls to the appropriate team members Benefits Eligibility for booking performance bonuses Medical insurance (60% of employee premium covered) Dental & Vision insurance options 401(k) with 4% company match (after eligibility period) Paid Birthday Off Up to 6 Paid Holidays PTO eligibility after 60 days Company-provided laptop Supportive team environment with opportunities for long-term growth
