Job Description
We are looking for a Sales and Finance Professional at our Bowie location. At Lipscomb Auto Center we do things differently. We are a local, family-owned business that has been around since 1979. We offer a customer focused process with growth opportunities, a supportive leadership team and HUGE earning potential. This is the perfect opportunity for experienced automotive sales professionals, high performers in retail, servers, bartenders and customer service oriented professionals. You will help customers find the right vehicle, build relationships and create repeat business, present financing and protection options, deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish and be part of a winning, team-oriented environment. We are looking for a person with strong communication skills, who is self motivated and driven, has a positive attitude, a coachable mindset and a professional appearance.
