We're seeking a passionate Sales Manager / Door-to-Door Sales Leader who thrives on building relationships, developing strategies, and closing deals directly in the community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a motivated sales team, expand business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of door-to-door roof sales representatives to achieve and surpass sales targets through active coaching and performance management Develop strategic plans for market expansion, customer acquisition, salespeople acquisition, and brand awareness in local communities Conduct outside sales activities by engaging directly with potential clients at their homes, demonstrating products or services effectively Manage key accounts and nurture long-term relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention Utilize CRM tools such as Zoho to track leads, monitor progress, analyze sales data, and generate reports for continuous improvement Close deals with prospective clients by clearly communicating value propositions and addressing objections confidently Collaborate with marketing team to implement outreach campaigns that generate leads and increase visibility in target neighborhoods Skills Proven experience in outside sales, roof sales, D2D (door-to-door) sales. Strong management skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team Expertise in negotiation techniques that drive results while maintaining positive customer relationships Excellent business development skills to identify new opportunities and expand market reach Proficiency with Zoho or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis purposes Solid understanding of marketing principles that support outreach efforts and brand positioning Strong analysis skills to interpret sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends for strategic planning Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire sales process Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, accountability, and motivation among team members Join us as we empower our team to succeed through energetic leadership, innovative strategies, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
