We are looking for a highly motivated person who has a great personality and likes to sell. Both agricultural and Construction professionals and do-it-yourself landowners in Bryan/College Station turn to WRI Tractors for their equipment needs. The Sales Representative reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for completing sales contracts and providing support to other members of the team. The Sales Representative ensures that WRI Tractors' customers are satisfied with their purchase. Responsibilities Process sales contracts Processing cash sales, arrange financing, and become familiar with warranties as well as other selling points of our goods Checking availability of equipment Support the entire operations team Answer and direct incoming calls Build and maintain long term business relationships Follow up on customer leads and customers that have made purchases to ensure they are satisfied with their equipment Required Skills and Experience Previous sales experience required Excellent customer service skills required Strong Computer & Phone skills Excellent communication abilities required Bilingual a plus Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with tractors/construction equipment required Tractors/construction related retail sales experience required WRI Outdoors employees receive competitive pay in addition to paid time off & excellent insurance benefits.
