Job Description
Now hiring for External Sales Representative at Black Optix Tint to support DFW. Position Overview This is a true hunter sales role focused on aggressively developing new accounts and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate is confident prospecting dealerships, commercial property groups, contractors, and residential referral networks while presenting high-end solutions that align with luxury client expectations. You will be expected to actively pursue opportunities, open doors, build relationships, and close profitable accounts while representing the company with professionalism and confidence. Primary Responsibilities New Business Development Prospect and secure new accounts through cold calling, networking, in-person visits, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Target:
Automotive dealerships Exotic and high-end automotive groups Commercial property managers Builders, architects, and designers General contractors Residential homeowners and luxury communities Develop partnerships with businesses that can generate recurring revenue opportunities. Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and referral partners. Position the company as the premium choice for automotive tint, solar control film, decorative film, privacy solutions, and security film installations. Maintain high-touch communication and white-glove customer service standards. Sales & Brand Representation Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations. Prepare proposals, estimates, and project recommendations tailored to client needs. Represent the brand at networking events, car shows, builder associations, and industry functions. Maintain a polished, professional image aligned with a luxury service brand. Pipeline & Performance Consistently maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly sales, account acquisition, and revenue goals. Track all activity and follow-ups within CRM systems. What We're Looking For Strong closer mentality with a proactive hunter mindset. Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, luxury services, automotive aftermarket, or related industries preferred. Self starter who is comfortable generating leads without relying solely on inbound inquiries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities. Professional appearance and strong personal presentation. Ability to confidently engage executives, dealership owners, contractors, and high-end clientele. Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized. Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships within automotive dealerships or construction/property management industries. Experience selling tint, paint protection, wraps, ceramic coats services, flat glass tint solutions Knowledge of window tint, PPF, coatings, architectural films, or related industries is a plus.
