Into servers, hardware, gaming rigs, or tech in general? The Server Store is a family-owned IT hardware company that's been in business for over 30 years. We specialize in refurbished servers, enterprise hardware, and components used by businesses around the world. We're looking for someone who enjoys technology, likes helping people, and wants to turn their interest in hardware into a long-term career. If you've built your own gaming PC, spent hours comparing components online, or are the person friends ask for tech advice then you'll probably fit right in here. This is a fully onsite role in a fast-paced environment where you'll learn directly from experienced team members and gain real-world experience in technical sales and enterprise hardware. Key Responsibilities Help customers with order updates, pricing, and product questions Track orders and communicate with internal teams Process purchase orders and customer requests Assist with quotes, follow-ups, and customer support Handle RMAs and general customer service issues Learn server hardware, inventory systems, and sales operations Qualifications Interest in IT hardware, gaming PCs, servers, or technology Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Familiarity with computer components or hardware is preferred Customer service or tech-related experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
