- Basic requirement:
- Min. 1 year experience in customer support, order processing, greeting clients and offering assistance via phone calls or in person.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and ability to effectively promote company products, explain sales policies and services.
- Client relationship management experience is preferred.
- Organization skills to manage inventory, track sales, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Attention to detail to accurately process transactions and handle paperwork.
- Bilingual in English (Read/Write/Speak/Listen), and Spanish (Read/Write/Speak/Listen) is preferred.
- Basic computer skill & ERP knowledge required (Microsoft office, ERP...etc)
- Business travel (client visits) & attending trade show event required.

Base annual pay + commission + new account sign-in bonus.
