We are now expanding our company into the state of Texas. We're a customer-focused company that values service, excellence, integrity, and growth, and we're looking for a motivated sales professional to help bring our solutions to more homeowners. Position Overview We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to generate leads, conduct consultations, and close kitchen sink and countertop service sales. This role requires someone who enjoys connecting with clients, presenting solutions, and delivering excellent customer experiences. This is a part-time role initially , with the opportunity to transition to full-time as you develop your sales pipeline and demonstrate success. The position involves traveling within the state of Texas for client consultations, so reliable transportation and a willingness to drive are required. Key Responsibilities Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other lead sources Conduct in-home or virtual consultations for kitchen sink and countertop services Present solutions clearly and professionally, highlighting the value of our services Manage sales pipeline and follow up with leads consistently Close sales and ensure proper handoff to the operations team Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and sales in CRM Travel as needed within the region to meet with clients Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus Comfortable traveling locally for client consultations Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools (Workiz experience a plus) Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude Why Join I Hate My Sink?
