ABOUT IMPRESS DESIGNS
Impress Designs has been in business since 1977. Expansions into new markets have necessitated rapid growth in the Customer Service component of our business. Our team proudly decorated (screen print & embroidery) 8+ million items annually and works with a wide array of customers and vendors.
Purpose:
The purpose of a Sales Support Specialist is have a strong impact on our growth and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Processes and completes a high volume of orders timely, accurately thoroughly while enhancing sales opportunities with customers. Negotiating quotes, closing orders, and ensuring timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives while clearly communicating with all involved. Prepares, follow-up and maintains correspondence with customers. Exhibit comfort in up-selling and providing options in products to increase sales. Ability to multi-task and maintain positive attitude. Performs various office administration duties such as keying in orders, processing faxes, preparation of reports, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with order development. Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, CRM, ERP and other programs as trained. Provide support to leadership for various projects, account managers, outside sales to set aggressive lead conversion goals, customer contact rules, and accurate and timely tracking mechanisms to manage all on line and sales related leads & orders. Performs other related duties and special projects required to help move the paradigm of "The Customer Experience" as required.
What We're Looking For:
This role will have a strong impact on our growth and customer experience so we're looking for a driven individual with the following skills and capabilities: Strong knowledge handling orders for screen print, embroidery, DTF and DTG Document customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry Demonstrated ability to communicate genuinely and effectively at all levels of an organization and across customer segments Experience with and ability to deliver customer-focused solutions Proven organization, planning, attention to detail, and follow up skills while managing multiple projects and or clients Excellent communication skills including listening, questioning, verbal, and written Exceptional ability to collaborate, work independently, or operate as part of a team and the decision-making skills to know which is needed and when General business acumen Self-motivation and competitive A positive, solution-oriented, problem-solving, customer-centric attitude Experience working with CRM a plus Prior experience in sales and outbound customer outreach a plus
