POSITION OVERVIEW

This is an entry-level sales opportunity designed for individuals who are interested in learning sales, customer communication, and leadership skills in a fast-growing industry. You'll work directly with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, help schedule roof inspections, and learn how the insurance restoration process works from experienced team leaders. We're not looking for people with perfect resumes — we're looking for people with strong work ethic and a willingness to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Canvassing neighborhoods impacted by storm damage Speaking with homeowners and setting inspection appointments Learning how to identify roof and exterior damage Assisting senior reps during inspections and customer meetings Following up with homeowners throughout the restoration process Building communication, sales, and customer service skills

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable talking to people face-to-face Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment Sales experience is NOT required.
