Focuses on maintaining long-term customer relationships and maximizing equipment lifecycle value. Responsibilities Manage and grow aftermarket sales within assigned territory. Promote preventative maintenance (PM) contracts and long-term service agreements. Identify opportunities for parts replacement, overhauls, and retrofits. Track warranty expiration and convert customers to paid service contracts. Prepare quotations for parts and service proposals. Coordinate with service engineers for technical site assessments. Monitor competitor service activity in assigned accounts. Follow up on unpaid invoices and ensure healthy receivables. Achieve monthly and annual aftermarket sales targets.
