Position Overview We're looking for a results-driven Technology Sales Consultant to join our inside sales team. This is a B2B role focused on working directly with business owners to understand how they operate and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology. This is not a transactional sales role. It requires curiosity, strong communication, and the ability to connect business challenges with practical solutions. Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage business owners through outbound calls, email, and follow-up strategies Manage inbound leads and guide them through the sales process Learn and communicate SaleQuick's full suite of technology solutions Identify opportunities to improve client operations, not just process transactions Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Track activity and progress within CRM systems Travel to 4-5 industry trade shows annually to represent the company and generate new business Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new clients What we are looking for What We're Looking For 3-5 years of inside sales experience in B2B, technology, fintech, or related fields Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Experience with outbound prospecting and managing a pipeline Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with business owners Ability to understand business needs and position solutions effectively Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipe Drive and Just Call) Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment What You'll Learn How businesses operate across different industries How technology can improve efficiency and cash flow How to sell value-based solutions (not just products) How to build long-term client relationships Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary + commission structure Uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance Ongoing training, coaching, and sales development Opportunity to grow and advance within a scaling technology company
