Job Description

At Csquare, Revenue Operations is central to how we scale growth, win customers, and operate with precision. The Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enabling revenue performance by ensuring systems accuracy, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across our go-to-market organization. This is an entry level role, great for career building. This role is purpose-built for top recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to accelerate their careers at the intersection of sales, analytics, and strategy. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full revenue lifecycle—from lead management through order activation—while working directly with sales leaders and business partners. We are seeking candidates who combine analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and a strong drive to learn and grow quickly . This is a high-visibility role where your contributions will directly influence revenue outcomes. Learn the business faster than your peers: Gain exposure to sales, finance, operations, and customer delivery in your first role Direct access to leadership: Work closely with senior sales and operations leaders from day one Build in-demand skills: Develop expertise in data analysis, CRM systems, and revenue operations Clear career pathways: Progress into Sales, Strategy, Analytics, or Finance roles based on performance Real impact early: Your work directly affects pipeline velocity, deal execution, and revenue accuracy Review, validate, and process customer service orders within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and timely activation Partner with Sales and Sales Engineering to resolve discrepancies and ensure deal integrity Maintain high standards of data quality across CRM and integrated business systems Ensure consistency across Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow platforms Support system reconciliation to maintain a single source of truth for revenue data Assign and track inbound and partner-generated leads Ensure proper routing and follow-up across the sales pipeline Partner with Marketing and Channel teams to optimize conversion and pipeline coverage Act as a liaison across Sales, Sales Engineering, Service Delivery, and Operations Ensure seamless handoffs and reduce friction across the revenue lifecycle Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements Support automation, reporting, and operational enhancements Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making We invest heavily in early-career talent with structured onboarding and continuous learning: Formal onboarding into Sales, Revenue Operations, and core systems Mentorship from experienced leaders in Sales and Operations Exposure to real deal cycles, forecasting, and pipeline management Ongoing skill development in analytics, business operations, and communication Takes initiative and demonstrates accountability Strong work ethic with a willingness to go above and beyond High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work with data and identify actionable insights Builds relationships quickly across teams Communicates clearly and confidently with peers and leaders Curious, coachable, and eager to develop new skills Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion Operates with a high level of integrity and accountability
Required:
