Position Summary CoFlow Compression is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships throughout the Gulf Coast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new compressed air and vacuum equipment, promoting field and shop service capabilities, and growing rental revenue for compressors, dryers, hoses, and compressed air accessories. This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and creating long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Equipment Sales Develop and grow sales of new industrial compressed air and vacuum equipment from leading manufacturers. Evaluate customer applications and recommend equipment solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and operating costs. Generate quotations, proposals, and equipment recommendations. Manage projects from initial inquiry through installation and startup. Service Sales Promote CoFlow Compression's service capabilities for: Industrial air compressors Vacuum systems Diesel engines Rotating equipment Dryers and filtration systems Identify maintenance, repair, and overhaul opportunities within existing accounts. Work closely with service technicians and operations personnel to ensure customer satisfaction. Rental Sales Develop rental opportunities for: Diesel and electric air compressors Desiccant dryers Air filtration packages Hoses and compressed air accessories Support customers with temporary air solutions during shutdowns, turnarounds, emergencies, and equipment failures. Business Development Prospect and secure new accounts throughout the Gulf Coast territory, including industrial, manufacturing, energy, marine, petrochemical, and pipeline markets. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, maintenance supervisors, engineers, and purchasing personnel. Track opportunities and customer activity within CRM systems. Represent CoFlow Compression at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. QualificationsRequired 2+ years of outside sales experience in a related industrial environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Gulf Coast territory. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Preferred Experience selling industrial equipment, rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, generators, vacuum systems, or related products. Knowledge of compressed air systems, vacuum systems, diesel engines, or industrial maintenance operations. Existing relationships within manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, pipeline, marine, energy, or industrial markets.
