MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF SUPPLEMENTATION!
Provides consistent, efficient and outstanding customer service. Utilizing nutrition knowledge to help guide our customers through what nutritional needs and questions they may have. Department maintenance is required but putting our customers first is our expectation and top priority.DUTIES:
Builds a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect and exceptional morale. Leads by example. Leader in understanding, implementing and "living" the company Core Values. High standards for store execution, cleanliness and maintenance. Ensure that retail standards are being met or exceeded at all times. Uses creativity in building sales and customer service. Strong skills in understanding the market , competition and adapting to these influences. Inclusive and open communication style, which inspires Team Members, sets clear expectations and develops Team Members to excellence.- Strong competitive drive.
- Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and nutrition is required. Support Team Member growth and development by promoting a culture of training.
