Job Description

Novara Management is a leading sales firm looking for driven individuals to join our team as Telecommunications Sale Representatives. If you enjoy connecting with people, helping customers find the right solutions, and working in a busy retail environment, this is a great opportunity for you. As a Telecommunication Sales Representative, you will meet with customers in-store, explain available communication and connectivity services, and help them choose the options that work best for them. Telecommunication Sales Representative:
Meet with customers face-to-face to understand their communication, internet, and entertainment needs. Educate customers on available telecommunications products and services in a clear and engaging manner. Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and budget considerations. Explain service plans, pricing, features, and promotional offers to help customers make informed decisions. Assist customers with account enrollment, service modifications, upgrades, and related requests. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and attentive service. Telecommunication Sales Representative:
Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, telecommunications, or a related field is an asset but not required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
