INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm $24.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and responsive serviceIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical product solutionsPrepare and manage customer quotes, sales orders, and project documentationCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product specifications and timely order processingTrack sales opportunities and support project follow-up activities from quote to completionMaintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pricing information in company systemsSupport sales growth initiatives by assisting with account development and customer retentionDeliver a high level of customer service while representing the company in a professional mannerContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and overall team successPerform additional duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS1-3
years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience preferredStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and recommend product solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and ExcelAbility to prepare accurate quotes, process sales orders, and maintain detailed recordsSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving and time management skillsProfessional demeanor with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentAutoCAD knowledge is a plus #psbrenham
