Job Description
Nature of Position:
This role supports both sales operations and marketing initiatives with a focus on lead generation, customer engagement, and brand growth. The position plays a key role in ensuring that marketing efforts translate into organized leads and actionable opportunities for the sales team.Job Qualifications:
Qualify leads and route opportunities to appropriate sales representatives or manage directly when applicable Conduct outbound follow-ups on marketing-generated leads to nurture and convert prospects Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and equipment pricing based on sales team direction Assist customers with product information, availability, and order status updates Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline Support order processing, including entering sales orders, tracking status, and coordinating with operations Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, quotes, and opportunities within the CRM Assist in upselling and cross-selling equipment, parts, or services when appropriate Sales Operations & CRM Management Manage and update CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer data Monitor pipeline activity and assist sales team with follow-ups and task management Generate basic sales reports and assist in tracking KPIs such as lead conversion rates and sales activity Coordinate communication between sales, production, and accounting to ensure smooth order fulfillment Marketing Support Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online equipment listing platforms Support social media management, including posting content and maintaining consistent brand presence Capture photos/videos of equipment and gather customer testimonials for marketing use Contribute ideas for content, promotions, and campaigns aligned with sales goals Help track marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness Administrative & Financial Support Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and coordination with accounting on AR/AP matters Support reconciliation of sales records and basic reporting as needed Work within ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, Aspen, or similar) to ensure accurate transaction recordsSchedule:
• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM • 1 Hour Lunch 12:00 PM-1:00PM Preferred Qualifications:
Background in agriculture or familiarity with ag equipment and industry practices Experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support role Working knowledge of general accounting functions (AR, AP, reconciliations, month-end) Experience with CRM and ERP systems (QuickBooks, Aspen, or similar) Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Associate's degree Preferred or higherBenefits:
