(s) Dallas, TX Geotex Engineering is an engineering firm that specializes in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing (CMT) services. Geotex is looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive company growth in our Dallas-Fort Worth region through initial client contact, relationship development, and CRM documentation. The ideal candidate should be a motivated, self-starter with a passion for excellence and client satisfaction. This position will reside in our Irving, TX - Las Colinas location .

Responsibilities and Duties:

Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship development Be on time for internal meetings and client development meetings/events Follow company processes and guidelines while also meeting department goals Communicate effectively, coordinate meetings, and be able to adapt in various environments. Collaborate internally with the engineering department, marketing, and project management team for potential contacts and future opportunities Utilize Unanet, our company's CRM, to accumulate and organize BD data Ability to work after regular business hours as needed. Represent the company professionally at events Other duties as required

Physical Demands:

Ability to withstand moderate physical activity during networking events (standing, lifting, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.) Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time

Qualifications/Requirements:
