The Role As a 1099 Independent Territory Sales Representative , you will: Serve as the face of Autto in the Dallas, TX metro area Educate dealerships on evolving backend profit strategies and the value of transparent, premium coverage Demonstrate Autto's AI-personalized packages, fast claims, financial clarity, and dealer empowerment Cultivate new business, onboard dealership partners, and support them with training and resources Work remotely or in the field with full operational autonomy—craft your own schedule while managing your territory Qualifications & Attributes 5+ years of proven sales experience (required) — automotive F&I or dealership background preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with strong autonomy—operate like your own business Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills Based in or able to travel regularly across the Dallas, TX area Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor (self-managing taxes, no W-2 benefits) Technical /
Product Knowledge:
Comfortable using CRM systems to track leads and pipeline Ability to quickly learn product platforms like Autto and explain benefits clearly Sales Skills /
Traits:
Strong presentation skills —able to demo products to multiple decision-makers at dealerships Excellent negotiation skills for closing agreements Ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory

Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with dealership owners, managers, and staff High self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset Problem-solving skills —can identify client needs and propose solutions Compensation & Benefits 100% Commission-based (1099) — unlimited earning potential
