customer service. Job Duties You will be responsible for the sales and delivery of our product line (automotive additives and lubricants) that we offer. Employees must possess a full knowledge of the products/equipment and how they work. Employees will also need to have some basic automotive technical background. Employee will be in charge of maintaining accounts along with stocking accounts with product. The stock needs to be rotated on a "first in first out" basis. A general knowledge of Excel is necessary as all invoices will be entered from this program. Keeping record of invoices is essential. The ability to effectively communicate is required, both verbally and written; employees will be providing customer service to accounts in a professional manner. Employees should be capable of obtaining their own leads and must be comfortable with cold calls. Business to business sales experience is preferred and employee should expect to be face to face with customers regularly all the while developing long term relationships. Proper execution of these duties will result in a successful and a lucrative career. Skills/Qualifications Must pass a pre-employment background check. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift 40+ pounds and stand for lengthy periods of time. Employees must have a professional appearance. A collared shirt and slacks are required. Employees must possess basic sales techniques (confidence, presentation, negotiation, closing, etc.). Prospecting and territory management are key. Must be computer literate.
