USED CAR SALESPERSON / SPECIAL FINANCE SALES

Get Approved Cars & Credit is looking for a motivated and aggressive salesperson to join our growing dealership in Dallas.We specialize in:
- Special Finance
- Bad Credit / No Credit customers
- Buy Here Pay Here
- Cash cars & affordable financing options We are NOT looking for someone who sits around waiting for walk-ins.
We need someone who:
- Can follow up aggressively
- Is comfortable calling and texting leads
- Knows how to build urgency
- Wants to make money
- Can handle high lead volume
- Understands that persistence closes deals
Responsibilities:
- Handle internet & phone leads
- Follow up daily with customers
- Work approvals and financing opportunities
- Set appointments and close deals
- Maintain CRM follow-up
- Help customers get approved regardless of credit situation
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred (car sales is a plus but not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with phones/texting
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Must have valid driver license
Compensation:
- Commission + bonuses
