• 100%) Compass Associates are excited to partner with an ambitious and growing senior living provider to appoint an experienced Sales Specialist.

My client is an medium sized, private equity backed senior living provider and property owner with properties in multiple states throughout the US. the successful candidate will play a pivotal role with increasing occupancy and driving sales throughout my Client's portfolio of communities spanning Central and Eastern States. Partnering with Executive Directors, the Regional Directors of Sales and the Regional Director of Operations you'll be responsible for developing marketing strategies and building strong relationships with potential residents and the local community. As the Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in establishing the community's presence and success in the local market. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing creative marketing strategies to generate interest, managing sales efforts to achieve maximum occupancy, and fostering relationships with prospective residents and their families. Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Director with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within senior living or independent living settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing occupancy and maximizing community revenue, while also demonstrating outstanding customer service and communication skills. Creativity in marketing and an empathetic approach to working with seniors are essential.

Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Management within Senior Living or Independent Living (required). Proven success in increasing occupancy rates and achieving revenue targets. Strong passion for working with seniors and delivering exceptional service. Creative marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain residents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

This role offers a competitive base salary of $100,000

• $105,000, with the potential to earn $130,000+ OTE through bonuses.
