RV Sales Consultant Overview The RV Sales Consultant plays a key role in helping customers discover the right recreational vehicle to match their travel goals, lifestyle, and budget. This position combines product expertise, relationship-building, and consultative selling to create an exceptional buying experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and comfortable guiding customers through a significant purchase with confidence and care. Key Responsibilities Engage customers on the lot, in the showroom, and through digital channels to understand their needs and preferences Conduct detailed walk-throughs of RV models, highlighting features, benefits, and differences between units Build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, communication, and exceptional service Guide customers through the full sales process, including trade-ins, financing options, and closing paperwork Stay current on RV trends, product updates, and competitive offerings Collaborate with sales managers, finance teams, and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Participate in training sessions, dealership events, and promotional activities Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (automotive, RV, marine, or similar industries a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly Self-motivated with a positive, customer-first mindset Comfortable working weekends and peak seasonal hours Valid driver's license with a clean driving record If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
