The Role Join our dynamic team as an Account Executive specializing in HVAC and Home and Small Business Electrification Solutions. In this role, you will drive growth by developing relationships with homeowners and small business owners, promoting innovative solutions, and delivering tailored proposals that enhance energy efficiency and comfort. Your proactive approach will empower local clients to transition to cleaner, more efficient systems — while building a highly rewarding sales career. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, loves people, and is hungry to earn based on their own performance. Note that large commercial projects are handled by a separate department; this role focuses on residential and small commercial accounts. What You'll Do Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to homeowners and small business owners Manage a pipeline of prospects, engaging decision-makers and demonstrating the value of HVAC and electrification solutions Conduct in-home and on-site consultations, assess client needs, and present tailored solutions Develop customized proposals and presentations that clearly communicate benefits and ROI Build lasting client relationships and earn referrals through exceptional service Utilize CRM tools (Zoho, Scoop, or similar) to track activity, manage relationships, and analyze performance Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience What We're Looking For Proven HVAC sales experience — you understand the products, the terminology, and how to communicate value to homeowners and small business owners Experience in both residential and small commercial sales environments Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of results Experience in lead generation through warm calling and networking Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing pipeline and client relationships Self-motivated with a hunter mentality — you don't wait for the phone to ring Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — our market includes a large Spanish-speaking community across El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM Valid driver's license — required Personal vehicle with active, valid auto insurance — required (this is a field-based role)Compensation & Benefits Biweekly base salary (discussed during interview process) Uncapped commission structure — your earning potential grows with your performance Flexible schedule Supportive, tight-knit team environment Opportunity to grow within an expanding dual-brand company To Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
