Titan Staffing Systems is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative (Closer) to develop new business opportunities throughout the El Paso market. This position combines inside sales, outside sales, business development, account management, and territory growth. We're looking for a hunter—someone who is proactive, outgoing, tech-savvy, and motivated by results. If you're comfortable making cold calls, networking, conducting client visits, and closing deals, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. What You'll DoBusiness Development & Prospecting Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation. Prospect warehouses, manufacturing facilities, logistics companies, distribution centers, and other businesses throughout the El Paso market. Schedule appointments with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up. Field Sales & Client Meetings Conduct in-person client visits and sales presentations. Represent Titan Staffing Systems professionally in the field. Deliver compelling presentations tailored to each client's workforce needs. Develop trusted relationships with business owners, managers, and HR professionals. Attend networking events and industry functions to generate new opportunities. Closing & Account Management Negotiate service agreements and close new business. Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify upselling and expansion opportunities within current accounts. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities, appointments, opportunities, and client interactions. Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms to manage your pipeline. Analyze sales activity and territory performance to identify opportunities and improve results. Collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams to ensure successful client partnerships. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, staffing sales, business development, or account management. Demonstrated track record of generating new business and closing deals. Strong cold-calling and prospecting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting to decision-makers and business leaders. Proficient with CRM systems and sales technology. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory. Preferred Traits Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Energetic, outgoing, and highly professional. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not mandatory) Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Resilient and comfortable overcoming objections. Organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools. Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to succeed.
