Responsibilities:

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood marketing Inspect roofs, exteriors, and properties for storm-related damage Educate homeowners on insurance claim and out-of-pocket restoration options Schedule and conduct in-home sales presentations Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and active customers Follow up consistently with homeowners, insurance carriers, and adjusters Document inspections with photos, notes, and required job information Maintain accurate customer records within company CRM systems Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and ride-alongs Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals Represent the company professionally in the field and community Coordinate with production and office staff to ensure smooth project execution Generate referrals and additional opportunities from existing customers Work independently while following company sales processes and expectations
