For over 30 years, we have provided high-quality labeling solutions to the automotive, industrial, medical and manufacturing sectors. We are growing and looking for a motivated individual who wants to build a long-term career in sales. Position Overview This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is highly organized, and wants to develop into an outside sales role in the future. As an Inside Sales & Customer Success Coordinator, you will support our sales team, manage customer communications, follow up on quotations, and help ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks. Over time, the right candidate will have the opportunity to transition into an Industrial Sales Representative position. Responsibilities Follow up on customer quotations and open opportunities. Support the sales team with customer requests and account management. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video meetings. Coordinate samples, artwork approvals, and project updates. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. Contact dormant accounts and help identify new opportunities. Schedule customer visits and sales meetings. Assist with lead qualification and inbound inquiries. Work closely with production, customer service, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide timely responses to customer requests and inquiries. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus.
