FULL COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Your job is to show up, assess, and close.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work warm inbound leads plus build your own referral pipeline Get on roofs — assess damage, document findings, own the recommendation Guide homeowners through retail pay and insurance claim options Structure the deal, present the proposal, and close it Run credit and walk customers through financing when needed Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed contract

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

2+ years of proven sales experience —

REQUIRED

(any industry considered) Demonstrated track record of structuring deals and closing — we want to see numbers Experience running credit and discussing financing options with customers Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections with confidence Willing and physically able to get on roofs to assess damage (hard requirement) Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred Self-managed, coachable, and competitive by nature Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Roofing experience is NOT required — we will train the right candidate.
